Obtaining a residence permit in the United States through family reunification is one of the most common ways of immigration to the United States. - completed and signed petition I-130;
- marriage/birth certificate;
- a copy of the passport of the applicant citizen of Ukraine;
- Police Criminal Certificate (full)
- Medical certificate;
- Evidence of financial support (Affidavit of Support I-864).
- All documents confirming the legal dissolution of all previous marriages;
- documents confirming all name changes and the like.
