For citizens of Ukraine, as well as foreign citizens who have lived in Ukraine, the legal association UST Group offers a service for obtaining a Police Clearance Certificate (Certificate of (no) criminal record, Certificate of good conduct).
A Police Clearance Certificate is a document issued by the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine and indicating the absence or presence of a criminal record of a person on the territory of Ukraine.
The specified document is issued by the internal affairs bodies, regardless of the person’s place of residence. The certificate of absence of a criminal record is valid for 90 days.
An apostille is a stamp that is affixed by one of the Ministries of Ukraine (depending on the type of document) and gives it legal force for use abroad. Without an apostille seal, a Police Clearance Certificate will not make any sense abroad.
