Trademark is recognized as an object of property right, only after its registration in the Patent Office of Ukraine. The proof of ownership of the trademark is the Trademark Registration Certificate.
A trademark in Ukraine is registered in relation to certain classes of goods (services), and the more of them, the higher the cost of registering a trademark.
